Mô tả công việc

GMS is dedicated to support global companies better manage the immigration and tax aspect of their international workforce, as well as making the employee experience more seamless. Our services including Immigration, Personal Income Tax ("PIT"), Social Health and Unemployment Insurance (SHUI), Payroll etc.
Key responsibilities
Preparing the immigration applications including visa, work permit, temporary residence card, and other related procedures for expatriates in Vietnam
Submitting the applications and liaise with government authorities
Conducting basic legal and regulatory research in relation to immigration and labor laws
Reviewing and organizing legal documentations to ensure completeness and compliance as instructed
Performing administrative tasks and provide other support as assigned by the senior levels
Supporting internal tracking systems and proper maintenance of client records and documentation

Yêu cầu công việc

Final-year student or fresh graduate majoring in Law, International Business, Human Resources, Business Administration, Foreign Trade or related fields
Interested in immigration, expatriate services, or international business consulting
Detailed-oriented, responsible, and professional, especially when handling official documents and interacting with government authorities
Good communication skills, with confidence in using English both in writing and speaking
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
Eager to learn, proactive, and capable of working under pressure
Highly motivated individual with a desire for growth
Availability to start the internship immediately is an advantage
