Employee Management System

Set up user accounts for new employees and seasonal workers on the employee management system.
Manage ID magnetic cards and the automatic door lock system.
Manage the smart parking control system.

External Services

Oversee pest control services within the company.
Manage courier and express delivery expenses.

Facilities Management

Support the Administrator in managing office assets and maintenance.
Issue lanyards and badge holders to employees.

Recruitment and Training

Support the employee recruitment process.
Deliver orientation training for newcomers.
Assist in organizing training programs and company events.

Other Tasks

Follow up on all external guidelines and directives.
Coordinate prevention and control measures for special diseases.
Handle all incoming calls, respond to inquiries, take and forward messages, or transfer calls to the appropriate staff.
Collect, compile, distribute, and file office reports and statistics in a timely manner.
Arrange flowers, restaurant bookings, and other related services.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Department Manager.

Fresh Graduated from University (major in Business Administration, Law, Human Resource Management, English Language, or related majors)
Microsoft Office skill (Word, Excel, PPT)
Fluent in English (Writing and Speaking)

Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Good communication skills, especially with external vendors and internal departments.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure during events or inspections.
