With Business growth, Commercial channel is developed with more complexity and agile to serve Omi Channel Distribution to support Commercial Innovation, such as O2O, Livestreaming, Abbottstore.com, Tele-sale (CRM) and D2C (CRM). This role is required to ensure the delivery excellence plan effectiveness and efficiency to enable above channels’ delivery.
This role is requested to proactive leading in 3 main job scopes as below.
(1) Deploying the plan of Excellence Delivery among Commercial Channels: corporate with functions and leverage the advance of 3A distribution network to optimize resource, achieve delivery effectiveness, ensure excellence execution and saving cost.
(2) Support to build and apply the best solution to enhance the quality of delivery strategy: Explore and set-up solutions (technical, new process, etc.).
(3) Manage performance of Delivery Solutions (Internal and External), Store network for ensuring the quality of delivery
Accountabilities:
1. Deploying the plan off Excellence Delivery among Commercial Channels
Ensure fast delivery, effectiveness and follow the plan on track to serve business with reasonable cost by optimizing the 3A distribution system, expanding the store networking join in the O2O Model, exploring the external service, etc. evaluate capability and recruit stores attending Online to Offline fulfillment network, etc.
Corporate with main stakeholders, include higher levels to understand the plan and implement with high effectiveness of delivery performance.
Manage well external stakeholder to ensure the high quality of delivery service through the process of onboarding stocking stores in the new model, collaborate with stores as business partners, influencing their support for Abbott’s priorities/plans.
Minimize risks and have solution to proactive manage any impact to business related to Delivery Excellence Model.
2. Support to build and apply the best solution to enhance the quality of delivery strategy
Execute the new initiate of technical solution to optimize the resource and support delivery excellence.
Continuing improvement for productivity, data management and process related to Delivery for all channels of ANI Vietnam
3. Manage performance of Delivery Solutions, Store network for ensuring the quality of delivery
Monitor and manage the performance of delivery operations solutions (external and internal solutions) to ensure its high qualify match with sales performance
Continue to enhance the capability and process for delivery operations solutions for ensuring professional quality service.
4. Other assignment to support the Delivery Excellence

Experience: 3-5 years in Omni Channel and Digital Platform/Delivery Excellence/Distribution Center.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Supply Chain Management.
