Mô tả công việc

The Manufacturing Design Engineer will play a key role in supporting process improvement architectures and optimizing manufacturing information through engineering design solutions. This position requires the ability to successfully use design tools and experience in creating technical drawings.

● Engineering Design: Develop detailed engineering design drawings for manufacturing improvement projects, including fixtures, jigs, support equipment, line layouts, etc.

● Analysis and Optimization: Analyze current manufacturing processes to identify improvement opportunities, then design solutions to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance quality.

● Implementation Support: Work closely with production and maintenance teams to oversee the fabrication, installation, and testing of designed equipment.

● Documentation: Develop and maintain a system of technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, operating procedures, and maintenance manuals for new designs.

● Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in Kaizen campaigns and other continuous improvement activities of the plant, contributing design ideas and solutions.

Yêu cầu công việc

● Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Automation or related engineering fields.

● At least 2 years of experience in a technical design role.

● Proficiency in technical design software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Catia or similar software.

● Priority is given to candidates with experience working in a manufacturing environment

● Flexible and adaptable, ready to adapt to changes in work and always ready to take on new tasks

● Positive attitude, always complete work on time

● Good control of work pressure

● Communicative English, Proficient in office software

● Communication, training, multi-department cooperation skills

● Critical thinking & problem solving

● Teamwork skills - able to work in a team and confidently express opinions
