Mô tả công việc

- Organize financial control system for production activities (including supply chain)
- Control compliance with production activities that affect key financial targets, ensure compliance with financial control activities according to Vietnamese and international regulations (VAS, IFRS, SOX..)
- Manage, build and control budgets for production, including short-term, long-term, Capex, Opex, Cash Flow
- Financial control/optimization of key production activities and indicators, ensuring optimal resources and costs along with operational efficiency
- Other activities such as investment project appraisal, financial knowledge training for factories, finance and accounting teams...

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., CPA, CFA, ACCA) is a plus
- At least 10 years of experience in financial management, with significant experience in manufacturing or production finance
- Experience in setting up systems, optimizing operations, and managing the planning functions of an organization/team
- Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting OR internal audit/control
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior management
- Experience working abroad or in a multicultural environment is an advantage
- Proficient in English (4 skills)
