IT Project Manager

Lead and oversee key strategic IT projects across areas such as system integration, cloud-native platforms, software development, and DevSecOps implementation.

Manage the overall project portfolio, ensuring proper prioritization, alignment with business goals, and efficient resource utilization.

Develop comprehensive implementation plans and delivery strategies to ensure timely and high-quality project completion.

Establish and continuously improve PMO processes and frameworks, standardizing project governance and reporting mechanisms.

Oversee resource planning and management, ensuring optimal allocation and workload balance across concurrent projects.

Proactively identify potential risks and implement preventive or corrective measures to maintain project health and performance.

Act as the key liaison between clients, partners, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.

Provide training, coaching, and mentorship for project management staff, fostering capability development and professional growth.

Maintain clear, up-to-date project documentation and prepare progress reports for both internal and external stakeholders.

Perform additional assignments as directed by the department head to support organizational objectives and overall project success.
