As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will play a key role in designing and building the core server-side logic of the Visit Vietnam platform. You will be responsible for developing robust APIs, managing complex data integrations, and ensuring the backend systems are performant and scalable to meet the project‘s ambitious goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Develop the core data ingestion APIs for collecting anonymized data from participating businesses.
- Build the backend services to support the B2B portal for business registration and data management.
- Collaborate with the Solution Architect on the technical implementation of the integration with NDAchain.vn for "proof-of-visit" functionality.
- Design and manage database schemas for both relational and non-relational databases.
- Write clean, high-quality, and well-documented code, and mentor junior engineers through code reviews and guidance.
- Ensure the backend systems are optimized for performance, scalability, and security.
- Collaborate closely with frontend and data engineers to ensure seamless data flow and integration across the platform.

Yêu cầu công việc
- 5+ years of professional backend development experience.
- Proven proficiency in at least one modern backend language and framework (e.g., Node.js/Express, Python/Django, Java/Spring, Go).
- Strong experience designing and building RESTful APIs.
- In-depth knowledge of database systems, including SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Redis).
- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and version control systems (Git).
- Strong understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns.
Qualifications (Preferred):
- Experience with blockchain technology or interacting with blockchain networks.
- Experience with message queues (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka) and event-driven architecture.
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Bachelor‘s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
