Learning Design Specialist / Instructional Design - Thu nhập từ 15-25 triệu

Major Skills Needed:

• Academic subject matter expertise and testing experience (IELTS, TOEIC, Aptis)
• Solid understanding of learning design theory, pedagogy, and andragogy–focused on an international context
• Experience in digital learning design and curriculum development
• Knowledge of educational business environments (particularly in Asia)
• Knowledge of UX/UI design, especially for educational platforms
• Experience in project management and with Agile methodology

Essential Qualifications:

• Language skills:
  • Vietnamese applicants: Excellent command of English (IELTS 8.0+ or equivalent. Please provide any internationally-recognized certification, although we are willing to waive this for the right candidate)
  • International applicants: Expert level of English and basic Vietnamese skills (and a strong willingness to learn)
  • Any other languages, especially Asian languages are a strong asset
• Adaptability and comfort working in a startup environment
• Strong commitment to excellence and continuous improvement
• Comfort collaborating in a cross-cultural team environment, including both Vietnamese and international team members
• Fluency in using Artificial Intelligence tools

Desirable Qualifications:

• Experience designing engaging learning experiences with authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, H5P, Genially, or similar products.
• Knowledge of learning design or web design accessibility requirements
• Background in programming/ software development
• Visual and graphic design experience
• Data analysis and educational analytics experience
