• Develop and lead a Safety first culture while ensuring safe work practices and compliance to all local regulatory guidelines are met.
• Safety first approach to everything we do. Ensuring that LOTO (Lock out tag out) processes and procedures are adhered to and all risks are identified and mitigated before each task.
• Support any machine/equipment project for process lines from the planning to implementation.
• Commissioning & installation.
• Open Issues List tracking until complete closure.
• Machine Acceptance documents deliverables (MOA, EHS checklist, etc...)
• Maintenance documentation deliverables:
+ Maintenance Manuals or Books
+ Maintenance Work Instructions
+ Maintenance Troubleshooting
+ Mechanical, Electrical, Pneumatic, Hydraulic schemes
+ PLC/CNC programs backup
+ Spare parts list
• Ensure that Process control standards are captured into EPS_Error Proofing System, monitored and tracked to ensure robust systems are in place and strictly adhered to.
• Effectively train, coach and support Maintenance and Engineering team members in problem solving (e.g. ECRs, DCRs, CARDs, PPS, etc...) and resolution activities relating to Process and Controls Engineering.
• Participate on daily start up meetings to support manufacturing team with issues solution.
• Support the line Open Issues List tracking and working with Cross Functional Team - Process, Operations, Quality, Maintenance teams as one team to complete issues closure.
• PLC programming creation and modification for Machining, Assembly and EOL lines
• NC programming creation and modification for Machining lines
• Software investigation and problem diagnosis analysis
• Ensure any Change related to Process will be executed via Change Management System with correct validation trials and do not have any impact on Production requirements.
• Execute the PLC/CNC and software backup according to the overall maintenance Plan and after Changes implementation.
• Establish the Maintenance Plan for preventive maintenance related to Controls acitivies.
• Support Planning and order spare parts, follow up on usage and inventory.
• Establish local talent development as a core value to develop future leaders and grow organisational capability.
• Creating working relationships - Cross Functional Team mindset - Process, Operations, Quality, Maintenance and Product Engineering teams to work together as one team to achieve great outcomes for the business.
• Drive and support all activities to ensure overall business objectives and targets are met or exceeded.
• Compliance to VinFast Manufacturing systems and processes.
• Looking for ways to eliminate waste and cost out of the business though team engagement and ownership.
• Create Kaizen projects to implement continuous improvements in the process lines.
