Mô tả công việc

- Manage the Director's schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and organize documents, weekly/monthly reports, and presentations
- Prepare meeting agendas, take meeting minutes, and distribute notes and action items
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion
- Foster effective communication between the Director and internal/external stakeholders
- Facilitate dialogue with local and international parties across various organizational levels
- Collaborate with other departments to complete projects and tasks as needed
- Provide critical thinking and problem-solving support to the Director
- Perform simultaneous, or consecutive interpretation during meetings, conferences, seminars, with Chinese suppliers and contractors
- Translate a wide range of documents including letters, contracts, procedures, regulations, work instructions, machine maintenance manuals, periodic reports, etc.
- Carry out other tasks as assigned by management

Yêu cầu công việc

- Preferably bachelor's degree in law, Foreign Languages, Business Administration, Marketing or other related majors
- At least 2+ years of experience in the same position as Secretary/ Personal Assistant/ Translator/ Administrator for Executive level
- Strong communication skills to enable effective dialogue with local and international parties across all levels of the organization
- Ability to lead team building initiatives
- Excellent in English and Chinese(4 skills), good at translation (English - Chinese - Vietnamese and vice versus)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel); reporting skill Proactive, careful, enthusiastic, trustworthy
- Strong knowledge of technical, manufacturing, real estate, construction, infrastructure, and investment terminology terms
- Experience in communicating and working with Chinese suppliers and contractors
- Automotive or motorcycle industry is a strong advantage
- Preference will be given to candidates with project management experience or a background as a secretary/personal assistant
