Mô tả công việc

Develop the Trade Marketing strategy and promotion plans for all sales channels, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and business objectives.
Develop supporting materials and content necessary for effective campaign execution.
Plan the trade calendar and campaigns, evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns across both physical stores (Retail) and online channels (E-commerce), ensuring targets are met, and evaluate and optimize the budget.
Collaborate closely with internal departments, sales channels, and external vendors/suppliers.
Analyze the effectiveness of promotion programs based on sales performance, execution channels, and Return on Investment (ROI).
Report results and propose improvements and recommendations to the Management team.
Propose and execute promotion plans for new product launches and product portfolio expansion.
Build and maintain cooperative relationships with vendors/suppliers to drive revenue growth.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in related fields such as Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, Information Technology, Accounting/Finance, or Marketing.

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Business Intelligence Specialist, Data Analyst, or equivalent data analysis role.

- Strong proficiency in data analysis and logical thinking.

- Proficient in using data visualization and analysis software, with preference for Power BI.

- Experience working with SQL for data querying and manipulation.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) for data processing and presentation.

- Possesses a strategic mindset, demonstrating agility in transforming raw data into meaningful business narratives.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to work effectively with various organizational levels to explain complex analytical results.

- Business fluency in English.

- Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) & Saturday Morning (8:00 AM – 12:00 PM)
