Lead the team to achieve 24x365 monitoring that meets the security standards of the SCP and ensure compliance with all applicable policies and regulations.
Ensure the team's processes and activities are communicated and coordinated efficiently
Assess priority and manage tasks accordingly
Foster healthy collaborative relationship with relevant stakeholders with excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset
Determine and define clear goals for the team based on operation requirements
Hold regular team meetings to monitor progress and address challenges

Minimum 5 years of experience in operation monitoring project management with minimum 5 members
Proven knowledge (+ 5 years) of SIEM and SOAR
Experience in communicating with client and other teams such as SRE team and etc. to treat security event log
Good understanding in usage of tools such as: Jira, Confluence, Excel, Word
Excellent written communication skills for writing and overseeing technical documentations
Strong analytical and managing skills
Excellent problem-solving skills
Proficiency in using tools: SIEM, SOAR
