Assist in reviewing and preparing applications for ERC/IRC amendments, business lines registration, and other corporate filings.
Support Work Permit, Visa, and TRC procedures for foreign employees and experts.
Coordinate with external law firms and government authorities to meet the business requirements and ensure compliance with Vietnamese regulations.
Review, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts, such as service agreements, vendor contracts, freelancer contracts, IT procurement contracts, and confidentiality agreements.
Assist in implementing regulatory requirements, including tax compliance (VAT, CIT), labor regulations, data protection laws, and industry-specific compliance rules.
Support drafting, reviewing, and optimizing internal SOPs and policies across departments (HR, Business, Finance, Admin).
Provide risk assessments and propose practical solutions for operational activities.
Provide legal support for the Company’s new projects
Participate in meetings with other departments.
Other tasks assigned by a line manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor’s degree in law or higher.
At least 04 years of working experience in a corporate legal, in-house counsel, or law firm environment, and with FDI companies.
Strong knowledge of Vietnamese corporate, labor, investment (outbound), and tax-related regulations.
Ability to work independently and in a team, under pressure, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Solid contract drafting and negotiation skills.
Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
Strong English skills
High level of attention to detail and carefulness in all tasks.
