Mô tả công việc

Build and operate CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows to automate software delivery.
Design, develop, and maintain backend services and automation systems using Python (Golang is a plus).
Operate and monitor cloud infrastructure on Kubernetes, including scaling, upgrades, and incident response.
Integrate and manage observability tools such as VictoriaMetrics, Prometheus, Grafana, and the ELK stack.
Implement security best practices and manage sensitive configuration and secrets.
Use infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Ansible, Helm) to maintain and scale systems.
Collaborate with software teams to improve deployment workflows and platform reliability.
Document operational runbooks, architecture, and DevOps processes.
Continuously evaluate and introduce new tools and practices to optimize system performance and cost.

Yêu cầu công việc

2+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or related roles.
Solid programming skills in Python, with experience building backend services, automation tools, or internal platforms (Golang is a plus).
Experience operating Kubernetes clusters in production environments.
Skilled in building CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitLab CI, Jenkins, and GitOps tools such as ArgoCD or FluxCD.
Proficient in Docker, Linux systems, and cloud-native application operations.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools: Terraform, Helm, Ansible, etc.
Familiarity with observability stacks: VictoriaMetrics, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack.
Understanding of networking, infrastructure security, and secrets management.
Experience with OpenStack is a strong plus.
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Able to read and write technical documentation in English.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
