Mô tả công việc

1. Strategy & Planning

Analyze client briefs and requirements to define communication strategy directions.
Build integrated multi-platform communication proposals across press, digital, events, and internal digital assets within the company ecosystem.
Provide creative direction within proposals and campaigns to ensure both strategic alignment and distinctive ideas.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies for subsequent phases.

2. Team & Task Management

Support the department head in managing and assigning tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring high-quality team outputs.
Ensure all creative outputs (proposals, concepts, visuals, scripts, etc.) are both innovative and brand-aligned.
Lead internal process improvements: updating and standardizing planning templates and tools.

3. Cross-Departmental Coordination

Act as the key liaison with relevant departments including Account, Product, Technical, Event, etc., to ensure communication solutions are practical and executable.
Participate in client proposal presentations with the sales team (when required).

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, Journalism, PR, or related fields.
Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience as a Creative Planner/Strategic Planner in a media agency, advertising firm, digital agency, or communication planning team of a large corporation.
Experience managing a team of 2–5 members, including mentoring or training junior planners.
Preferably held a Team Leader role, leading the development of major communication proposals for brands or corporations.
Candidates with experience in environments with internal media inventory (e.g. online newspapers, digital media networks) are a plus.
Proven experience in building integrated communication proposals (press, digital, event, KOLs, social media, etc.) and successful client pitching.
Deep understanding of digital media trends and how consumers engage across platforms
Proficient in brief analysis, insight development, media planning, and strategic direction.
Strong work management and leadership skills.
Detail-oriented, logical thinking, and high sense of responsibility.
Excellent communication, proposal presentation, and teamwork skills, especially in cross-functional environments (Account, Sales, Product, Event, Technical, etc.).
Highly organized, deadline-driven, and collaborative with a strong sense of team support and ownership.
