Demand Planning Specialist

• 1. Optimizing demand forecasting activities:

• Continuously improve demand planning activities to optimize costs, inventory, and enhance customer service, meeting business needs and the company’s development strategy.
• Develop optimal demand forecasting processes for both existing SKUs and NPD, based on cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing, and Finance,…

• 2. Data analysis and demand forecasting:

• Use analytical tools and historical sales data to forecast future demand.
• Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and economic factors to adjust the demand plan accordingly.
• Evaluate actual business performance against forecasts to adjust and balance demand.
• Advise on demand allocation based on analysis during sales support activities or product shortages.

• 3. Demand plan management:

• Lead and develop demand plans.
• Track, update data & prepare reports for Weekly meetings, Demand Review, Pre S&OP, S&OP, and Ex-S&OP,..
• Develop internal shipment and distribution plans to customers and Distribution Centers (DCs).
• Inter-department interactions within the order management process.

• 4. Product portfolio management:

• Manage SKUs portfolio by assessing profitability, growth potential, and eliminating underperforming products.
• Propose changes to master data structure and define Master Item attributes.
