JOB OVERVIEW
• We are looking for an accomplished AI Research & Development Lead or Senior AI Scientist to spearhead cutting-edge innovation in artificial intelligence, signal processing, and machine vision. The successful candidate will have a robust background in algorithm design, academic research, and research team management, with a consistent record of advancing AI technologies and leading high-impact projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead the research, design, and development of sophisticated algorithms—covering unsupervised learning, image representation, lane change detection, and audio enhancement.
• Mentor and manage AI research teams, including AI residency programs, to foster expertise in areas such as large language models, computer vision, reinforcement learning, and generative models.
• Drive machine vision projects, including image segmentation, license plate recognition, and privacy-preserving autonomous driving.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support product-focused research and development.
• Publish research in leading journals and conferences; contribute thought leadership to the academic and AI communities.
• Monitor and integrate the latest advancements in AI, signal processing, and related fields into ongoing projects.
