JOB OVERVIEW
• We are seeking an experienced and passionate AI Solution Architect to design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) solutions. This role is pivotal in bridging complex business requirements with feasible technical solutions, ensuring that AI architectures are built to be scalable, robust, secure, and efficient. A deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is essential, as you will guide AI/ML projects through all phases, from ideation to production and ongoing maintenance. Crucially, you will also explore and champion the application of AI methodologies and tools to enhance and optimize the SDLC itself, driving efficiency and innovation in our development processes. You will work closely with AI/ML development teams, data engineers, system architects, and business stakeholders to shape the vision and execute AI products that deliver tangible value.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Full SDLC Engagement and Leadership
• Actively participate in and guide all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle for AI/ML solutions, ensuring best practices are followed.
• Planning & Requirements Analysis: Lead the detailed gathering, analysis, and clarification of business requirements, translating them into technical specifications for AI/ML solutions. Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and define project scope and objectives.
• Design: Design comprehensive, end-to-end architectures for AI/ML systems, including model selection, technology stack, platform choices (on-premise, cloud), data flows, API integrations, and deployment mechanisms, with a focus on scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.
• Implementation/Development Support: Provide technical oversight and guidance during the development phase, ensuring adherence to architectural blueprints and coding standards.
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Define testing strategies for AI/ML models and systems, ensuring robust validation, performance benchmarking, and addressing potential biases or ethical concerns.
• Deployment: Collaborate with DevOps/MLOps teams to establish efficient CI/CD pipelines for AI/ML solutions, ensuring seamless model deployment and updates in production environments.
• Maintenance & Operations: Define strategies for ongoing monitoring, optimization, retraining, and governance of deployed AI models and systems, ensuring their long-term effectiveness and reliability.

Applying AI to Enhance SDLC
Identify opportunities to leverage AI/ML techniques and tools to improve various stages of the SDLC. This may include, but is not limited to, using AI for:
• Automated code generation or code completion.
• Intelligent test case generation or test optimization.
• Predictive analytics for project risks or resource allocation.
• Anomaly detection in logs for faster debugging and issue resolution.
• Natural Language Processing (NLP) for requirements analysis and documentation automation.
• Automated security vulnerability scanning or threat modeling.
• Research, evaluate, and recommend cutting-edge AI-powered tools and platforms that can streamline development workflows and enhance software quality.
• Lead pilot projects to integrate AI into existing SDLC processes and measure their impact.

Technical Consulting and Mentorship
• Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to AI/ML development teams and data engineers, promoting adherence to SDLC principles and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
• Proactively identify and address technical debt and architectural improvements across all SDLC phases.
• Development and Prototyping: Lead the creation of proofs-of-concept (PoCs) and prototypes to validate new ideas and technologies, quickly iterating through early SDLC stages.

Stakeholder Management
• Effectively communicate architectural designs and technical solutions to a wide range of stakeholders, from technical teams to business leadership, ensuring alignment at every SDLC milestone.
