JOB OVERVIEW
• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Test Leader to lead and oversee the testing activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive engineering, testing methodologies, and team leadership.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Approves/rejects test deliverables reviews inside the team.
• Defines, adapts and changes the test approach if is proved inefficient.
• Suspends/resumes/completes/stops the test execution before the test completion criteria are met.
• Decides upon disputed failed tests (disagreement between test engineer and software engineer about PASS/FAIL test results).
• Tracks the test team to deliver on time the report and aligns with SW Q to check preconditions
• Reports to SW PM the progress , blockers and risks
• Defines the needed equipment from time
• Proposes method for improvement and automation – defines tickets in JIRA and can assign owners.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in automotive testing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role (test lead, team lead..).
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems and testing tools.
• Experienced in Linux kernel and RTOS: Zephyr, FreeRTOS, RTOS,… (Just one is fine)
• Certifications: ISTQB Test Manager, Agile/DevOps experience is plus
• Effective communication skills, capable of working directly with international clients and internal stakeholders.
