JOB OVERVIEW
• Common (Central) FUSA team plays an important role in driving project teams to ensure compliance with ISO 26262 standards. As a member of this team, you will execute the functional safety activities to ensure the products meet the required safety standards and regulations.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Execute the functional safety lifecycle activities, including hazard analysis, risk assessment, control safety requirements specification, design, implementation, verification, and validation
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including systems engineering, software, verification, validation and quality assurance, to ensure safety requirements are appropriately implemented and validated
• Conduct safety analyses, such as FMEA, FTA, HAZOP, DFA and FMEDA, to identify potential hazards and develop mitigation strategies
• Develop and maintain functional safety documentation, including safety plans, safety case reports, and safety manuals
• Participate in safety audits and assessments and drive corrective actions to address any identified gaps or non-conformances
• Prepare detailed reports on compliance evaluations and findings
• Assist project teams in understanding and applying ISO26262 standards to their workflows and deliverables
• Identify gaps and provide recommendations for corrective actions to comply with ISO 26262 and customer requirements.
