RESPONSIBILITIES
• Interface and communicate with customer about scope, requirements, business needs, resource, etc. All area in management scope.
• Ability to review deliverable from development team based on management and technical viewpoints.
• Ability to understand customer’s needs, ensure quality metrics of software.
• Manage resource/Team, master plan, schedules and grow-up development team in automotive domain.
• Project manager skill: experience CMMI, ASPICE, Scrum process.
• Ability to make proposals and present to customer for additional works to expand business.
• Review performance of team and motivate members.
