Graphic Design (Niteco)

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Design email campaigns, bespoke email layouts and visual concepts for high-visibility or unique campaigns
• Create banners and visual assets for emails for stakeholders as requested
• Initiate an internal QA process at Niteco to review and refine email designs before deployment.
• Collaborate with valuable partner's designers to understand and apply brand guidelines consistently.
• Receive training and guidance from the internal design team to align with brand standards and elevate design quality.
• Provide recommendations to improve visual impact, layout structure, or template usage based on design best practices.
• Ensure all emails are visually compelling, responsive, and optimized across devices.
• Support the email team with creative input during campaign planning and execution.
• Bonus skills: Experience with animation and motion graphics is a plus.
• Manage and archive files to ensure secure storage and easy access.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related undergraduate programs.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent written and oral English proficiency
• Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects across digital and print media.
• In-depth knowledge of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
• Artistic with a keen eye for aesthetics and visually appealing content.
• Outstanding creativity and technical skills.
• Enthusiastic, well organized, a self-starter and detail-oriented.
