  JOB DECRIPTION

• Provide leadership and day-to-day advisory support to the Manager in resolving operational issues.

• Coordinate with Sales Teams and Sales Leaders/Managers to support business execution and resolve issues from the Sales perspective.

• Draft, review, and manage sales and service contracts related to receivables and expenses.

• Collaborate with the Accounting Department to monitor receivables and calculate expenses.

• Work closely with the Legal/Accounting teams to handle customers with credit risks, discrepancies, or overdue debts.

• Record, track, and store expense-related information in accordance with company regulations.

• Verify and control expenses to ensure compliance with contracts, policies, and approved budgets.

• Perform account/expense reconciliation according to approved plans.

• Collaborate with other team members to handle ad-hoc tasks.

• Prepare and consolidate data reports, control reports, and ad-hoc analyses.

• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager.
