Mô tả công việc

- Develop After-Sales (AFS) technical documents for vehicle repair, maintenance, and service operations.

- Ensure common application and standardization of documents across all vehicle models and markets.

- Translate AFS technical documents into local languages, ensuring technical accuracy and clarity.

- Develop and maintain S-BOM for relevant vehicle systems and components.

- Update, revise, and release documents in accordance with design or specification changes from the engineering team.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Quality, Service, and Product Management) to gather accurate technical data and ensure alignment.

- Support digital publication of technical documents on internal and dealer platforms.

- Ensure that all documentation complies with VinFast’s technical standards, branding, and regulatory requirements.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related technical fields.

- 3+ years of experience in technical documentation, service manual creation, or automotive engineering preferred.

- Strong understanding of vehicle systems, repair processes, and service operations.

- Experience with technical authoring tools (e.g., Adobe FrameMaker, CATIA Composer, or similar) is an advantage.

- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and BOMs.

- Excellent English skills is a plus

- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously.
