Mô tả công việc

Collaborate with the Sales team to understand the client’s industry context, business goals, and technical requirements.
Conduct discovery sessions, analyze workflows, and identify key pain points and opportunities.
Design tailored software solutions aligned with the client’s business needs.
Deliver persuasive product demonstrations and Proof-of-Concept (PoC) sessions.
Create technical documentation, proposals, and sales collateral in a clear and professional manner.
Support a smooth handover to the implementation team by sharing business context and technical scope.
Provide initial product training to clients or internal stakeholders.
Gather feedback after implementation to support continuous improvement and product development.
Stay updated on technology trends in areas such as AI, business automation, cloud computing, and enterprise platforms.
Conduct market and competitor research to enhance our solution offerings.

Yêu cầu công việc

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, MIS, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Pre-sales, Solution Consulting, Business Analysis, or Software Implementation.
Proven knowledge of enterprise software such as ERP, CRM, BI, or SCM systems.
Solid understanding of core business processes (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales, etc.).
Familiarity with software architecture, APIs, and databases is a plus.

Skills & Attributes

Excellent communication and presentation skills – able to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills – quickly grasp client needs and propose effective solutions.
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally.
Client-first attitude with strong relationship-building skills.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
