Mô tả công việc

• We are seeking a highly skilled, innovative, and collaborative Full-Stack Software Engineer. The selected candidate will be a member of the Offshore
• Enterprise Technology Application Development team, working alongside our team to drive innovation across tools throughout the organization. The successful candidate will work closely with onshore colleagues, focusing on delivering innovative solutions. A strategic mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and deep knowledge of emerging trends—especially in AI/ML adoption across business applications—are highly valued for this role.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and deploy high-quality, scalable, and secure custom business applications utilizing CI/CD methodology.
• Participate in 24/5 development methodology – provide some overlap with onshore team to ensure continuity of development throughout the day when onshore team is offline.
• Ensure integration of emerging technologies and trends including AI/ML into business applications where applicable.
• Implement a microservices architecture, integrate third-party applications, and establish best practices for development across the organization.

Yêu cầu công việc

• 4+ years of experience in front-end (React, Angular, etc.) and back-end (Java SpringBoot, Python, etc.) technologies
• Expertise in modern technologies, including the full Java development stack, Spring Boot framework, Python, CI/CD pipelines, and REST APIs.
• Experience leveraging AI tools like GitHub Copilot and Cursor to enhance productivity, reduce errors, and improve code quality.
• Proficiency with cloud technologies, such as GCP; Docker containers and Kubernetes; cybersecurity awareness.
• Familiarity with platforms like Salesforce and NetSuite is a plus.
• Strong spoken and written English skills.
