Mô tả công việc

  • Design, develop, and maintain AI-powered applications with a strong focus on performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to integrate ML models into real-world products and services.
  • Implement and optimize machine learning pipelines, including model training, serving, and monitoring.
  • Build scalable, secure backend systems using Python or other relevant languages.
  • Work with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) for AI deployment, orchestration, and scaling.
  • Participate in technical discussions with clients or presale activities to propose AI-based solutions.
  • Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and promote best practices in software and ML development.
  • Stay updated with the latest AI/ML technologies, frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face), and industry trends.
  • Ensure adherence to data privacy and security standards when handling sensitive information.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in software development, with proven experience in building and deploying AI/ML solutions.
  • Proficient in Python or other AI-relevant programming languages.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML fundamentals, including supervised learning, NLP, computer vision, deep learning, etc.
  • Hands-on experience with modern AI frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers).
  • Solid communication skills in English — both verbal and written — are mandatory.
  • Familiarity with at least one major cloud provider (Azure, AWS, or GCP); cloud deployment experience is a plus.
  • Experience working in presales, technical proposal writing, or client-facing roles is a plus.
  • Proficient in version control (Git), CI/CD workflows, and software engineering best practices.
